(obv) = obviative, the "further" (out-of-focus) third person; Cheyenne obviative can be either singular or plural, for instance, Évóomóho means either 'He saw him (obv)' or 'He saw them (obv).'

Éméhoto. He loves him (obv).
Éhetóho. He told him (obv).
Móxhetôhevóhe. He must have told him that.
Évóomää'e. He (obv) saw him.
Évóomaevóho. He (obv) saw them.
Éméhotää'e. He (obv) loves him.
Móxhetaehevóhe. He (obv) must have told him that.
